<p>The sawtooth (1) has a base body (2) made from a solderable hard metal, and a hard layer (3) made form a material, which is harder than the hard metal of the base body. The hard layer is provided at a front surface (20) of the base body and has different thicknesses, where the tooth face (10) has an angular and/or rounded surface section. A bevel is provided at a rear of the tooth and/or at the tooth face, where the material of the hard layer is diamond having a polycrystalline form.</p> |
