A reactive grouting method and cutoff reinforcement using the same are provided to reinforce damaged or broken part of a vertical cut-off wall by grouting a reactive grouting material inside and outside the vertical cut-off wall. A cutoff reinforcing method for a civil construction structure, a building structure and a rock structure includes a step of grouting a reactive grouting material in the underground by injecting, spraying or mixing, where the reactive grouting material is formed by mixing a reactive material having functions of adsorbing and removing pollutants with a grouting material having ground support and cutoff functions. |
