This invention describes a waterproof cement, mortar or concrete that contains, respectively, cement clinker and chalk, cement and sand, and cement, sand, gravel and water, all the above characterized in that they contain a synergically effective quantity of a composition of water repelling and water reducing agents that can be incorporated during the said cement's manufacturing process. This invention is also related to a waterproof cement, mortar or concrete manufacturing method with the mentioned characteristics. And finally, it describes a synergic composition for providing high waterproofing to cement, mortar and concrete-based products.
