A weaving torch using a motor and a cam is provided, wherein the weaving torch is maintained and repaired very easily, does not require an additional hinge point for weaving the torch, can adjust a weaving width of the torch freely, and reduces the manufacturing cost substantially by constructing the weaving torch in a very simple structure. A weaving torch(10) using a motor and a cam comprises: a drive part(17) in which a motor and a reduction gear are integrally connected to an upper side of a torch cover(11) to provide a drive force; a cam body of which an upper part is connected to the drive part and an eccentric rotating disc such that the cam body is eccentric by the drive part and the eccentric rotating disc, and of which a lower part is connected to a gas diffuser(13) such that the cam body is supported by a rotation body bearing to transmit the horizontal straight motion to the gas diffuser by converting a rotational motion generated from the drive part into a horizontal straight motion; an eccentric cam part(18) including a cam cover removably installed on upper and lower portions of one side face of the cam body by a predetermined fixing unit so that the cam cover can be replaced according to a weaving width of the torch; and a guide part(21) which is inserted into the torch cover, and which has a guide slot formed in a central part thereof such that the gas diffuser is inserted into the guide slot and moved horizontally to guide the weaving width such that a tip(14) installed on one end portion of one side of the gas diffuser is stably operated.
