A unified system of a millimeter-wave passive image system and a global positioning system(GPS) for recognizing objects for the blind is provided to notify a blind person of his correct position and various articles in front of him. A unified system of a millimeter-wave passive image system and a global positioning system(GPS) for recognizing objects for a blind includes a millimeter-wave passive image radio circuit(31), a control portion(32), a computing portion(33) and an audio processing portion(34). The millimeter-wave passive image radio circuit includes a patch antenna array, a low-noise amplifier and a phase shifter. The control portion includes a beam forming portion(321), a signal processing portion(322) and a GPS control portion(323). The computing portion includes an article perceiving portion(331) and a position searching portion(332).
