A remote measuring and display system for information of rivers and weather is provided to provide information required by an operator in real time, by collecting and analyzing meteorological measurement data transmitted from each remote measurement apparatus in real time. At least one unmanned remote measurement system(10) is installed in a target region, and forms a wireless link with a relay unit(20), and transmits weather variation to the relay unit in real time through low power wireless network. At least one relay unit discriminates each unmanned remote measurement system, and transmits the meteorological measurement data transmitted from each unmanned remote measurement system to a central collection system(30). The central collection system discriminates the relay unit and the remote measurement system, and collects the meteorological measurement data from each relay unit in real time and then analyzes the weather variation, and outputs analysis result.
