An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and a semiconductor device are provided to widen an interval between first and second electrodes and improve a degree of freedom of intervals by controlling the interval without effects on other devices. A semiconductor device comprises a first electrode(101) formed on a substrate, a first insulating film formed on the first electrode formed on the first insulating film, a semiconductor film(103) formed on the first insulating film, a second insulating film formed on the semiconductor film, a conductive film(110) formed on the second insulating film, a third insulating film formed on the conductive film, and a second electrode(112) formed on the third insulating film and having an aperture. |
