A trans bobbin to generate a high voltage is provided to prevent the leakage of voltage by forming a resin layer after inserting a spool. A trans bobbin to generate a high voltage includes a ferrite core(30), a second bobbin(20), and a first bobbin(10). The ferrite core has the shape of a cylinder. The second bobbin is a hollow cylinder, and has an inserting hole at one side to insert the cylinder-shape ferrite core, and a sealing unit(22) which is sealed at the other side to receive the cylinder-shape ferrite core, is penetrated by a hole(27) to increase insulation force at the middle of the sealing unit, and has a plurality of cells(25) to wind a winding at the outer circumference of the cylinder shape, a projected output terminal(23,24) which outputs the voltage at both ends, and a projection(26) along the circumference to correspond to the output terminal at one side. The first bobbin has a coupling hole to insert the second bobbin, a coupling groove to couple the projection of the second bobbin at one side of the cross section of the coupling hole, a coupling groove which is coupled with the output terminal to face the coupling groove, an input terminal along the both sides of the coupling groove which is coupled with the output terminal, a T-shaped fixing pin to fix the winding which is connected with the input terminal, and a discharging hole which is projected to the outer side by being coupled with the sealing unit of the second bobbin at the other side of the coupling hole.
