METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A method for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to remove a portion of LCs overloaded due to change of a form of a seal pattern, thereby preventing display faults due to the amount of LC. A method for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device comprises the steps of: preparing first and second substrate where display areas are defined and non-display areas are defined around the display areas(S101); loading an LC within the display area on the first substrate(S102); forming a seal pattern which if formed on the non-display area on the second substrate and has an outlet(S103); bonding the first and second substrates by inverting the second substrate to face the first substrate(S105); removing over-charged LCs through the outlet after applying pressure and heat to the bonded first and second substrates(S106); and sealing the outlet(S107).
