A spiral electric terminal box for a ceiling of an apartment house is provided to prevent accidents caused by an electric leakage by improving the sealing efficiency through the close coupling between components. A spiral electric terminal box for a ceiling of an apartment house includes a box(110), a connecting cap(120), a sealing ring(130), a pressurizing ring(140), a connecting unit(150), a cable guiding pipe(160), an opening/closing window(170), and a coil spring(180). The box is laid on cement mortar which is cast on a ceiling, and has an installation space(111) inside, a first spiral groove, and a coupling hole(115) as a single body, and is made of synthetic resin. The connecting cap is bolt-coupled with the coupling hole, and has an inflow space, a second spiral unit(123) at the outer circumference, and a plurality of coupling holes as a single body. The sealing ring is inserted into the outer circumference of the connecting cap. The pressurizing ring is laminated at the upper part of the sealing ring, and is bolt-coupled with the second spiral unit. The connecting unit is bolt-coupled with the coupling hole to introduce a cable into the connecting cap, and has a connecting pipe(153) to connect the connecting pipe. The cable guiding pipe has a third spiral unit(161) to guide the cable introduced into the connecting cap, and has a plurality of guide bars, and a rubber packing(165). The opening/closing window has a fourth spiral unit(171) to draw out the cable, and is coupled with a hinge(173) to rotate around a hinge axis(175). The coil spring is inserted into the hinge axis, and both ends thereof are contacted to the lower part of the hinge. |
