This invention pertains to producing children's toys and could be used for attaching toy to children's transportation means, for example, to children's seats for cars, rocking chairs, prams, or while carrying a baby in rucksack, or to children's furniture. The offered device promotes baby's up-growth, because baby could be engaged in toy with attached playthings without assistance. Object matter of this invention is to enlarge possibilities of toy-use. There is offered two versions of device. According the first version the offered device contains fastening element (1) having quadrate-form with outer-part (2) and inner-part (3). Chain (4) with children's toys (6) is attached by carbine (5) to inner-part (3). According the second version the offered device contains the first fastening element (7) having outer-part (8) and inner-part (9), the second fastening element (10) having outer-part (11) and inner-part (12). A flexible bar (13) with attached children's toys (14) is displaced between the inner-part (9) of the first fastening element (7) and the inner-part (12) of the second fastening element (10). One side of the fastening elements is covered with adhesive material. According the offered method the outer-parts of fastening elements are attached to the children's transportation means, but chains or flexible bar together with displaced toys are attached to the inner-parts of fastening elements. Fig.1 and Fig.2 describe devices for attaching toys to the children's transportation means. Fig.3 describes the fastening type of the offered device to the children's seat for car.
