A device for adjusting a communication level is provided to adjust the communication level effectively and to simplify the structure thereof. A device for adjusting a communication level comprises a level converting unit, a voltage dropping unit, and an output unit. The level converting unit converts high or low signal of a first sensing level output from a first circuit into on or off level. The voltage dropping unit is turned on and off according to the converted level to drop the voltage of the high or low signal from the first circuit and to convert the high or low signal in a second sensing level. The output unit outputs the high or low signal converted to the second sensing level, to a second circuit. The level converting unit comprises a resistance(202,204,208). The voltage dropping unit comprises a diode(206). The output unit comprises a resistance and a Zenor diode(210).
