A method and apparatus for directing software defined radio network configuration is provided. A user's evaluation is obtained of a service that they have recently used, and is input together with at least a first network service characteristic pertaining to that service into at least a first cumulative record. The cumulative record relates network service characteristics to user evaluations. |
