A device for absorbing shock for a road fence is provided to prevent oil from being leaked to the outside of an oil chamber by forming an oil absorbing member in the oil chamber. A device for absorbing shock for a road fence comprises a fixing bracket(10) having a bearing(11) at an end, and a shock absorbing unit(20). The bearing has an oil chamber, a shaft connect groove, and a plurality of oil discharge holes. The oil chamber wherein oil is injected is formed in the bearing. A rotating shaft(21) is inserted to the shaft connect groove. The shaft connect groove is formed at one side of the oil chamber. The plural oil discharge holes are formed at an inner surface of the shaft connect groove. The plural oil discharge holes are drilled to the oil chamber. An oil absorbing member is formed in the oil chamber.
