A device and a method for analyzing/reporting a voting result of a proxy to a voter are provided to prevent illegal action or mistake of the proxy by reading a ballot voted by the proxy and informing the voter, such as a blind, old/weak, and disabled person, of a reading result before the ballot is inputted to a ballot box. An image pickup device(10) obtains image of the marked ballot. An image processor(11) obtains information related to a marked candidate by analyzing the obtained image. A TTS(Text-To-Speech) system(12) converts the obtained information into voice data. An output device(13) outputs the voice data converted by the TTS system. |
