A system for providing purchasing power information is provided to help a businessman establish a target marketing strategy by estimating a purchase power index of a buyer in a small region and providing the estimated purchase power index through a GIS(Geographic Information System)-based digital map. A map divider(110) divides map data stored in a geographic information database(200). A purchase power index calculator(120) grades and calculates the purchase power index of each divided cell by using a credit information database(300), a statistics database(400), and a real estate information database(500). A purchase power index display part(130) patterns color of a level corresponding to the purchase power index of each cell to the corresponding cell of the map data. The purchase index calculator calculates a credit evaluation score of each person included in each cell by using credit information stored in the credit information database, calculates a regional credit index by averaging the scores, and reflects a calculated regional credit index to the purchase power index. |
