A manual charger is provided to generate electrical power by using an elastic restoring force of a spring. A manual charger includes a main body(10), a lever(11), a driving unit, a driven unit(30), and a generator(40). The lever is implemented on the main body. The driving unit is arranged inside the main body. Gear teeth are formed on an outer periphery of the driving unit which includes a spring coupled with the lever therein. The driving unit is driven by an elastic restoring force of the spring. The driven unit is teeth-coupled with the driving unit and rotated by the driving unit. The generator is coupled with the driven unit and generates electricity on a coil by a rotation force.
