摘要 A receptor of dopamine is provided to improve selectivity and binding properties to dopamine in neutral pH buffer solution, so that it is useful for detecting dopamine in aqueous solution and blood or promoting activity of dopamine in blood. A receptor of dopamine represented by the formula(1) is provided, wherein R is methyl or ethyl, and R' is O(CH2)4SO3^-Na^+. A nitrogen atom of phenyl oxazoline substituent of the dopamine receptor forms a hydrogen bonding with an ammonium ion of dopamine; a benzene ring of the dopamine receptor forms the cation-pi interaction with an ammonium ion of dopamine. An ether bonding or an oxygen atom of a butanesulfonate group of the dopamine receptor forms a hydrogen bonding with a catechol hydroxy group of dopamine. A phenyl group of the dopamine receptor forms the pi-pi interaction with a benzene ring of dopamine. A method for producing the dopamine receptor comprises the steps of: (a) reacting aminoalcohol represented by the formula(2) with triacid represented by the formula(3) to prepare compounds represented by the formula(4); (b) substituting OR' of compounds represented by the formula(4) by OH of a base to prepare compounds by the formula(5); and (c) reacting the compounds represented by the formula(5) with 1,4-butanesultone under basic conditions. In the formulae(2)-(5), R is methyl or ethyl and R' is TBS(tert-butyldimethylsilyl).
