A plasma display apparatus is provided to ensure sufficient calculation time of a data driver by adjusting applying time of a data signal based on load values in respective address electrode groups. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel having address electrodes and a data driver for applying a data signal to the address electrodes during an address period. The data signal(Vd) includes a voltage rising period(d1) for rising the voltage through resonance, a voltage sustain period(d2), and a voltage falling period(d3) for falling the voltage through resonance. The data driver adjusts supplying time of the data signal to have different supplying time in first and second loads when load values of images displayed in the plasma display panel is the first load.
