An apparatus for preventing separation of a transmission is provided to cope with vibration generated in an automobile in case of normal driving, and to prevent the transmission from being separated from an automobile body at automobile collision by sensing the automobile collision and increasing linking force of the transmission and the automobile body. An apparatus for preventing separation of a transmission(T) comprises a sensing unit(50) and a separation preventing unit. The sensing unit senses collision of an automobile. The separation preventing unit is driven by a signal of the sensing unit, and formed so as to increase linking force of the transmission and an automobile body(F). The sensing unit consists of a collision sensing sensor(51) mounted in a bumper(52) of the automobile.
