A plasma display device is provided to improve discharge diffusion efficiency in a discharge space by forming protruding electrodes between electrode lines contained in a sustain electrode. A plasma display device includes an upper substrate(201), first and second electrodes formed on the upper substrate, a lower substrate(211) disposed opposite to the upper substrate, and a third electrode formed on the lower substrate. At least one of the first and second electrodes is made of single layer, and has at least two electrode lines(202a,202b,203a,203b) formed in a direction intersecting the third electrode, and protrusions protruding from at least one electrode line towards adjacent electrode line.
