ENVELOPE-TYPE STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF SUCH STRUCTURE

FIELD: envelope-type structures manufactures by filling the forms with polymerizing foamed materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed structure includes framework made from longitudinal and transversal reinforcing members interconnected together and monolitically fastened by gas-filled material forming the envelope of required curvature. Envelope is provided with additional shape-forming layer fastened with framework. Shape-forming layer is made in form of perforated corrugation mounted in bulk of envelope for contact with its inner and outer surfaces. Proposed method includes manufacture of framework from longitudinal and transversal reinforcing members interconnected together followed by application of gas-filled material and hardening, thus forming the envelope of required curvature. Shape-forming layer is secured on framework and gas-filled material is generated through foaming of gas-and-liquid polymer substance and foamed polymer is simultaneously applied on shape-forming layer for forming the envelope of preset curvature and thickness. Used as shape-forming layer is corrugation placed in envelope bulk for contact with inner and outer surfaces. ^ EFFECT: facilitated procedure of manufacture of envelope. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg
