The invention relates to the automated line for making thin Armenian pita containing a vertical rolling device assembled from located in series adjustable roller mechanisms and a tunnel oven with heating elements. At that the line additionally comprises upstream of rolling device a forming machine with a drive, an inclined conveyor conveying dough piece, a humidifier with a system of steam feeding and utilization located after the tunnel oven, an inclined stabilizing conveyor with a cooling system after which a knife mechanism with a slide and an automated system with feedback and at the end of the line the packing equipment for finished products with using vacuum-packing device is installed. |
