A prefab dabbling device is provided to allow a user to install the prefab dabbling device near a river, a lake, or a beach easily by having a plurality of assembling members. A prefab dabbling device comprises first vertical structure members(10), second vertical structure members(20), horizontal members(30), width members(50), support wires(60), and a plurality of playing ropes. The first vertical structure member are installed on the ground under water or close to a river and supported by supports(11). Two vertical structure members are separated from each other. The second vertical structure members are vertically installed at the back of the first vertical structure members. The horizontal member connect the first vertical structure members with the second vertical members by connection members(40). The width members connect the first vertical structure members with the second vertical members by connection members. The support wire are connected with the connection member at one end and fastened to a fastening pin(61) at the other end. The support wire makes the assembled members stand on the ground securely by pulling the members both at the back and in the front. One end of the playing rope is fastened to the horizontal member so that the playing rope oscillates under the horizontal member.
