摘要 FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy; methods and the devices for dehydration of the chloromagnesium raw. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the nonferrous metallurgy, in particular, to preparation of the chloromagnesium raw to the process of the electrolytic production of magnesium out of the fused salts. The method of dehydration of the chloromagnesium raw provides for feeding of the chloromagnesium raw into the multichamber furnace of the fluidized bed, incineration of the natural gas, air and chlorine in the furnace with production of the flue-gases and their feeding into the fluidized bed furnace, the air supply in the caisson of the gas-distribution lattice, return of the heated air into the mixing chamber of the furnace for commixing with the flue-gases, unloading of the finished product and trapping of the off-gases in the cyclones. The air for cooling of the caisson is fed into each section of the caisson of the gas-distribution lattice, and the heated air from the caisson is gathered in the common collector and fed for commixing with the flue-gases into the mixing chamber of the furnace - the last chamber of the fluidized bed at the ratio of the volumes of the flue-gases and the heated air of no more than 3:1. The device for dehydration of the chloromagnesium raw includes the fluidized bed furnace body divided by the partitions into the chambers, the fitting pipe for feeding of the chloromagnesium raw, the furnace heath for burning of the natural gas, the air and chlorine, the gas-distribution lattice with the holes and the caisson, to which the dispenser for feeding of the cold air is connected, the furnace mixing chamber, the fitting pipe for withdrawal of the ready product and the cyclones. The caisson is divided by the partitions into the sections, each of which has the connected to it dispenser of cold air, and there are the tubes for withdrawal of the heated air, connected to the collector mounted under the caisson. The number of the sections in the caisson under each chamber is equal to not less than three. The dispenser is made in the form of the fork and in pairs is connected to the sections of the caisson.
