摘要 FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out combined perfusion-ventilation scintigraphy. Alveolar permeability should be detected from the whole affected lung in posterior-direct projection in static mode on the 1st, 10th and 30th min after inhaling a radioactive aerosol and at alveolar permeability of the inhaled radioactive aerosol on the 10th min being above 15%, on the 30th min - above 30% against 1 min and at the availability of ventilation-perfusion disorders one should diagnose acute infectious respiratory disease, and at alveolar permeability 30 min after inhaling the radioactive aerosol being below 25% and at the availability of ventilation-perfusion disorders one should diagnose thromboembolism in small branches of pulmonary artery.
