A boundary stone of a road using composite materials and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase elasticity and corrosion resistance of the boundary stone, and to reduce the damage of the stone by placing a filling material in a wall body. A boundary stone of a road using composite materials(11-14) comprises a wall body, and a filling material. The wall body includes the composite materials and resins(21-24) as a main component. The filling material is formed in the wall body. The two ends of the wall part are opened. The boundary stone includes a connecting member inserted to at least one of two ends of the stone. The composite materials are glass fibers.
