AUTOMATIC VARIABLE INCIDENT ANGLE ULTRASONIC TRANSMITTER

An automatic variable incident angle ultrasonic transmitter is provided to inspect a whole welding unit in a small place by automatically adjusting the incident angle of ultrasonic wave. An automatic variable incident angle ultrasonic transmitter includes a wedge(10), a slider(20), a connecting bar(30), an ultrasonic transmitter(40), and a driving motor(70). The wedge includes a 1/4 circular part(13) and a horizontal part(15). The 1/4 circular part includes various incident angles from 0 to 90 degrees. The horizontal part is elongated from an end of the 1/4 circular part in one body. The slider moves along the 1/4 circular part. The connecting bar connects the wedge and the slider. The ultrasonic transmitter is coupled to the slider. The driving motor is coupled to a side of the connecting bar.
