An RF(Radio frequency) receiver, an RF transceiver, and an MIMO(Multi Input Multi Output) RF transceiver embedded with a Balun(Balanced to Unbalanced) unit are provided to include the Balun unit within a transceiving chip, thereby reducing the number of pins for reception or transceiving paths and implementing devices at a low cost. A receiver of a transceiving chip(302) comprises as follows. An SISO(Single Input Single Output) type LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(320) amplifies RF signals received through a front end(370). The first single input and differential output type Balun unit(321) converts the amplified RF signals into differential RF receiving signals. A differential input and differential output type down converter(322) converts differential RF signals into baseband receiving signals. A receiving baseband processor(323) processes the differential baseband receiving signals.
