摘要 A method for manufacturing an oil nozzle with a two-stage diameter pipe structure is provided to make it possible to complete a product through series of continuous forging operations by using the same types of forging dies only and reduce the manufacturing cost and improve productivity by omitting additional finishing operations. A method for manufacturing an oil nozzle(1) with a two-stage diameter pipe structure comprises the steps of: cutting a long round bar workpiece to a required length to obtain a unit workpiece(2); chamfering corners of the unit workpiece; forming a first hole(4) in one side of the unit workpiece; forming a second hole in the other side of the unit workpiece, wherein a thin blocking partition presents between the first and second holes; blanking the blocking partition to remove the blocking partition; and forming a small diameter part(d2) by longitudinally stretching an outer peripheral part of the second hole in a state that inner diameter of the second holes is maintained, wherein the oil nozzle has the first and second holes and a two-stage pipe structure including a large diameter part(d1) and the small diameter part(d2). The method further comprises the steps of: forming two-stage holes(d3,d4) on an inner diameter of the small diameter part during the stretching process; and optionally bending a body of the oil nozzle in a state that the two-stage holes(d3,d4) are formed.
