A cooking pan is provided to prevent damage of the surface of the same by cooking utensil. One of a heat-resistant paint coating layer(300), a marble coating layer, a Teflon coating layer, or an enamel coating layer is formed on the body(100) of the cooking pan. The cooking pan is made of aluminum or steel. A body(200) made of stainless sheet at an inner periphery of the body unit is integrally formed to an edge unit(500) of the body unit of the cooking pan. The bodies made of stainless sheet are individually or integrally attached to the inner periphery or the outer periphery of the body unit made of aluminum material or steel material. |
