An LED(Light Emitting Diode) module and its manufacturing method are provided to enhance the efficiency of an emitted light by reducing the thickness and prevent the generation of a total internal reflection of the emitted light using a transparent optical film with a plurality of convexo concavities. An LED module includes a substrate, a light emitting element, and a transparent optical film. The substrate(110) has a predetermined structure capable of defining a light path. The light emitting element is applied to the light path structure of the substrate. The transparent optical film(130) is formed on the light path of the substrate to prevent the generation of a total internal reflection. The transparent optical film has a plurality of convexo-concave type structures(135). |
