A loading box for a vehicle having a door is provided to improve durability of a door by reducing an impact noise and damage when the door is opened and closed and by forming a plurality of stepped packing surfaces at an edge of a body of the loading box. A loading box for a vehicle having a door connected to a body of loading box in an outlet side where freight is loaded and unloaded comprises a finishing surface formed at an end portion of the door(60), vertically extended from a third packing surface and extended from the third packing surface in parallel, a packing frame fitted to the end portion of the door and provided with first to third combination units facing to first to third packing surfaces, first to third packing members(91,92,93) fitted to the first to the third combination units and contacted to the first to the third packing surfaces respectively, in which the door is provided with an insulation space between an inner panel(62) and an outer panel(63) and the insulation space is filled with urethane foam, and foaming holes are formed in the packing frame and the inner side panel for foaming and injecting the urethane foam.
