A chip supplying apparatus is provided to supply small-sized components continuously from a chip tray where the small-sized components such as a driving IC are arranged. A chip supplying apparatus includes a first frame(110), a second frame, an X axis transfer part(130), a Y axis transfer part(140), a Z axis transfer part(150), and an absorption head(160). The first frame has a beam(112) fixed at the upper end of a pole. The second frame is installed across the pole at the lower part of the beam of the first frame. The X axis transfer part is installed at the second frame, and horizontally moves a first transfer bar where a plurality of chip trays are placed, along an X axis. The Y axis transfer part is installed at the beam of the first frame, and has a second transfer bar reciprocating along the length of the beam which is the direction of a Y axis. The Z axis transfer part is installed at the second transfer bar of the Y axis transfer part, and has a third transfer bar to move vertically along a Z axis. The absorption head is installed at the third transfer bar of the Z axis transfer part, and vertically rotates at a predetermined angle.
