METHOD FOR PLAYING MOVING PICTURE AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A method for playing a video and a system thereof are provided to determine whether a driver of a vehicle is able to watch the video by detecting speed or movement of the vehicle and play recorded video data or summarized video data only under stable video watch environment. In a method for playing a video in a video player for a vehicle, the method comprises the following steps. It is determined whether a driver of the vehicle is unable to watch video data(S210). If so, the video data is summarized(S220). If it is determined that the driver of the vehicle is able to watch the video data, the summarized video data or recorded video data is played(S230).
