<p>A layered product which, when processed into a textile product by, e.g., sewing or fusing, not only conquers such a practical restriction that a knit must be used on the side to be sized but facilitates sizing. The layered product is lightweight while retaining an intact appearance and touch feeling. The layered product comprises a flexible film and a woven fabric superposed thereon, and is characterized in that the woven fabric has been superposed on the side to be sized when the layered product is processed into a textile product and that the warps and wefts constituting the woven fabric have a total cover factor (CF total), which is calculated from the cover factors of the warps and the wefts, respectively, of 700-1,400.
