A hydrostatic coupling assembly with a toothed ring machine is provided to secure high performance density, good controllability and short activation time by first and second coupling components, a plurality of displacement chambers, a circular chamber and a sliding sleeve. A hydrostatic coupling assembly with a toothed ring machine comprises a first coupling component(3), a second coupling component(4), a plurality of displacement chambers, a circular chamber(50) and a sliding sleeve(38). The second coupling component is rotated around a rotation shaft(A). The displacement chambers include a first rotor(23) supported by any one coupling component and a second rotor(25) connected to the other coupling component, and forms a pressure chamber and an intake chamber(33). The circular chamber is joined by a first connecting channel(34) connected to the pressure chamber and a second connecting channel(35) connected to the intake chamber. The sliding sleeve is deformable in a shaft direction and arranged in the same shaft with respect to the rotation shaft.
