<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The facing has a concrete clapboard with a support element (3) that is placed at a base of the facing for supporting stack modules (4). The element is fixed on a ground (5) or in a foundation (2) of dwelling. A wall (1) is covered on an external surface of the clapboard. The element includes a bottom, inclined outer surface, vertical internal surface and upper part for cooperating with a base of the module. The upper part has a depression situated below an open space left for the ventilation of wall, and is in a hollow shape to recover condensation water between the wall and clapboard. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for an external wall of a first floor of a building. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The clapboard is made of concrete material, whose solidity provides a very high resistance to impacts and mechanical alterations, and conserves aesthetic aspect connected to the appearance of facing assembly, thus increasing durability of the facing. The clapboard permits to ensure the covering function of rough wall and different textures by the addition of aggregates and different material in the concrete. The support element is stacked on other support element to prevent the facing from supporting the base of covering. The assembly of the clapboard permits air ventilation blades between the covering and the wall to allow exchange of water between inside and outside of dwelling, while maintaining watertight and thermal insulation properties.
