A gathering system of deep sea water and an installation method of deep sea water gathering pipes using thereof are provided to stabilize and simplify the installment and re-installment of deep sea water gathering pipes by connecting the pipes from a deep sea water tank on land to deep sea water and winding a returnable rope on each pipe. An installation method of deep sea water gathering pipes using a boat(190) equipped with deep sea water gathering pipes(150) for transmission of deep sea water to a deep sea water tank(110) installed on land, the method comprises the steps of: connecting the deep sea water gathering pipe to the deep sea water tank having a pump; winding a returnable rope(151) provided in the boat to the deep sea water gathering pipe; moving the boat to the direction of deep sea water zone and injecting water using the pump into the pipe so that the pipe can be spontaneously lowered by gravity and laid below sea level while unwinding the returnable rope at the same time; connecting an open end of the sea water gathering pipe with the returnable rope wound to another pipe on the boat, before the open end is submerged as the boat moves; repeating previous steps until the boat reaches deep sea water zone; and stopping pipe connection when the boat reaches the deep sea water zone, and unwinding the returnable rope only for positioning an open end of finally-connected deep sea water gathering pipe in deep sea water.
