A visible ray and infrared combination-type camera is provided to be used in a combination way so as to obtain taken information or image information with infrared rays when it is impossible to operate the camera in photographing or imaging processes with visible rays. A visible ray and infrared camera is embedded in a frame. One of the camera and the frame is fixed to a photographing position while the frame is rotated, an image is inputted. The rotation is conducted in a manual or automatic way. If one of the manual and automatic ways is selected and the selected camera is rotated/fixed to the photographing position, the image is inputted. A high-brightness LED(Light Emitting Diode) beside the camera is included in components of the camera.
