A manufacturing method of an organic light emitting display is provided to improve light emitting efficiency by preventing the thermal and mechanical damage of a hole transport material layer. A manufacturing method of an organic light emitting display includes the steps of: preparing a substrate with a pixel electrode; forming a hole transport material layer(220) on the substrate; annealing the hole transport material layer; preparing a donor film(270) which includes a base substrate(260) on the upper part of the substrate, a photo-thermal converting layer(250) formed on the base substrate, and a transfer layer formed on the photo-thermal converting layer; arranging the transfer layer of the donor film to face the hole transport material layer of the substrate; and transferring the transfer layer on the hole transport material of the substrate by irradiating laser on an area which corresponds to the hole transport material layer of the donor film. |
