A reinforcing bar distributing structure is provided to remove a process of installing a mold fixing device by using connecting reinforcing bars of a trapezoidal truss bars as a mold fixing device, and to remove a process of installing spaces by maintaining a gap of the mold by the connecting reinforcing bars. A reinforcing bar distributing structure comprises a plurality of slope truss bars(900), and a plurality of trapezoidal truss bars(950). The slope truss bars include two main reinforcing bars(901) arranged with a predetermined gap, and slope reinforcing bars(902) having continuous wavelength and connecting two main reinforcing bars. The trapezoidal truss bars include two main reinforcing bars(951) arranged with a predetermined gap, and a plurality of connecting reinforcing bars(952) vertical to the two main reinforcing bars. One end or two ends of the connecting reinforcing bars are projected to the side direction of the main reinforcing bars.
