An anti-static outlet for a storage place of dangerous articles is provided to quickly guide accumulated electric charges to the ground by naturally contacting clothes or a body of an operator with a conduction member hanged from a gate. A gate(10) has vertical bars(112') integrally installed on both sides of a horizontal bar(111), and plural conduction members(20,20') are hanged from the horizontal bar. The vertical bars are provided with plural through-holes(13) to fix the vertical bars to a structure with bolts(14). One side of an insulation coating cable(30) is connected to a rear portion of the bolts, and the other side of the cable is grounded.
