A bracket for a display device is provided to adjust a space between a rear surface of the flat display device and a wall surface, thereby increasing convenience in usage by ensuring a work space by expanding the space between the wall surface and the display device when a customer connects a cable to a jack terminal. A device bracket(110) is attached to a rear surface of a flat display device(10). A movable piece(130) is slidably coupled with the device bracket. A wall bracket(120) is attached to the wall and slidably coupled with the movable piece. A bearing(150) is installed in a friction portion between the device bracket and the movable piece. A bearing is installed in a friction potion between the movable piece and the wall bracket.
