A coupling structure of a box is provided to maintain the box mounted inside a vehicle by increasing the coupling strength between a supporting rib and a reinforcing rib. A coupling structure of a box includes a main body(20), a cover(40), a catching protrusion(24), a plurality of supporting ribs(25), a catching hook(42), and a reinforcing rib(44). The cover is coupled at the main body, and shields one side of the main body. The catching protrusion is protruded along the inner surface of the main body. The supporting ribs are protruded at predetermined intervals, and partition the inside of the main body. The catching hook is protruded toward the main body to be coupled with the catching protrusion while surrounding the edge of the cover, and is elastically deformed. The reinforcing rib surrounds the edge of the cover at a predetermined interval with the catching hook, and is inserted between the supporting ribs.
