摘要 A wristwatch type portable apparatus for non-invasive blood glucose measurement is provided to improve the SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) of an NIR(Near Infra-Red) signal by irradiating a plurality of lights on various parts of a skin. A wristwatch type portable apparatus for non-invasive blood glucose measurement includes a digital display panel(7), a plurality of fibers(10), a detector, an NIR emitter(12), an NIR detector(14), a differential amplifier(20), and an analog/digital converter(21). The digital display panel has a clock and a button at the upper surface, and displays a blood glucose level. The plurality of fibers irradiate near infrared rays on the skin. The detector is formed at the bottom center to receive an NIR signal which is re-reflected outside the skin after traveling inside the skin. The detector and the NIR emitter are connected to a circuit board which is connected to a display controller(16) to display the measured blood glucose level. Two wavelength NIR detector detects the signal difference between a wavelength 1(lambda1) and a wavelength 2(lambda2) by collecting the near infrared rays irradiated on the skin in the detector. The differential amplifier amplifies the difference value between the two near-infrared rays. The analog/digital converter converts the difference value to a digital value, calculates the blood glucose level corrected by a microcontroller memory(25), and displays the calculated blood glucose level in three numbers at the digital display panel.
