<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emotional expression document information generating system for easily generating emotional expression document which reflects emotion of a speaker. <P>SOLUTION: A context and emotion information acquiring device 23 in the system acquires context information "it is fine today", an emotional vector (smile, anger, sadness) when image information and voice information are acquired from a camera 25 and a microphone 27. A media expression document information generating device 21 determines a main word as "weather" from the context information. Furthermore, an emotional direction vector (θ, ϕ), and strength of the emotion are acquired from the emotional vector. In addition, corresponding emotional reflection parameter and emotional reflection logic are acquired. Furthermore, media expression information of acquired media expression is adjusted with respect to the emotional reflection logic by using the emotional direction vector (θ, ϕ), the strength of the emotion, and a set parameter ID.
