<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a laminate which prepared a concavo-convex shape, such as a hairline configuration, etc. on the surface, in which the concavo-convex surface by abbreviation sectional viewing, such as hairline and matting tone is not damaged by an extrinsic factor during the manufacturing, the concavo-convex shape can be made as a product with a beautiful state maintained, and to provide the laminate, and a manufacturing apparatus of the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the laminate comprises the laminating step of applying a paint containing an optical hardenable resin as a principal component and laminating a photo setting curable layer on at least one side of a plastic film used as a substrate, the drying step of drying the above-mentioned photo-setting curable layer after the above-mentioned laminating step, the pasting step of pasting the concavo-convex working surface side of a stamper film with which it comes to give abbreviation uneven working to the surface beforehand to the above-mentioned photo-setting curable layer surface and obtaining the laminate after the above-mentioned drying step, and the irradiating with step of irradiating the above-mentioned whole laminates with light after the above-mentioned pasting step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
