PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain the physiological curvature of the spine by fixing the ischial region of a user sitting in a chair, sitting straight or sitting cross-legged to the optimal position and angle respectively and prevent the fatigue in the sitting position. SOLUTION: The seat face of a portable auxiliary chair has an inclination seat face suited to a case of sitting in the chair, sitting straight or sitting cross-legged respectively. This constitution can fix the ischial region of the user to the optimal position and angle so as to retain the physiological curvature of the spine and prevent the fatigue.
