PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball hitting implement for a ball game for timely notifying the start of a down swing from the top of the swing based on golf swings by a moving device actually mounted to a golf club and its peripheral equipment. SOLUTION: Power and speed are demanded in sports of late years in this age. What should be done to enhance a ball hitting effect in the ball game is therefore asked. There are golf, baseball, tennis, volleyball, and the like as main ball games. To enhance ball hitting power, using a twist of the trunk with the upper limbs and the lower limbs is common in the ball games, but it is important to acquire it from the viewpoint of exercise physiology. A mental aspect which is an element for improving an exercise effect is produced by acquiring with specific exercise. In the twist in the ball game, energy efficiency produced by the flexible exercise of muscles produced by twisting the upper limbs more than the lower limbs in hitting a ball is the source of power and speed, which is specifically proved based on the golf swing. A golf club comprises a detecting means for detecting the movement of the golf club and the movement of a moving object, and means for analyzing detected data and computing and displaying exercise result information such as the swing speed, swing path, impact pressure and wrist cock of the golf club, and displays a part or the whole of swing information and ballistic information.
